Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the apps operated by RoboFleet (KvK 57715610, Netherlands) — Simpliceaty, RoboSlides, RoboTest — and the website at robofleet.dev. By creating an account or paying for a generation, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The service

RoboFleet provides AI-assisted tools for families. Simpliceaty provides recipe discovery, meal planning, shopping lists, and pantry tools. We may add, remove, or change features to improve the service. Each app may have additional product-specific terms displayed at sign-up.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital consent age in your region). If you use Simpliceaty on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind them to these Terms. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

• Use the service for personal, non-commercial, lawful purposes.
• Do not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the platform.
• Do not upload content that infringes rights, is harmful, or is misleading.
• Respect other users and our security measures.
• No content that is illegal under Dutch or EU law.

Violations may result in immediate suspension without refund and, in serious cases, reporting to Dutch authorities.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of recipes, photos, and notes you add. You grant Simpliceaty a license to host, store, display, and share your content based on your visibility settings (private, public, or shared). You are responsible for the rights to anything you upload.

5. Nutrition & health disclaimer

Recipes and nutrition data are provided for general informational purposes only. Results vary and Simpliceaty is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice. Please consider allergies and consult a professional if needed.

6. Third-party services

We may link to or integrate with third-party services (such as shopping or recipe sources). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their content.

7. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't promise 100%. We don't guarantee that the AI output will meet your expectations — generative AI is probabilistic by nature; we provide best-effort tools, not specific results.

8. Intellectual property

The Simpliceaty service, branding, and original content are owned by RoboFleet or its licensors. You may not use them without permission, except as allowed by these Terms.

9. Liability

RoboFleet's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in this section limits any liability that can't be limited under Dutch law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time from the in-app settings; we'll delete your personal data per our Privacy Policy. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the change date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes that can't be resolved by email to support@robofleet.dev go to the courts of the Netherlands.
